It is both an honor and pleasure to be asked to share my thoughts about the remarkable staff at “Lake Professional Hearing Aid Center”.

After working construction and listening to loud music in my teens and twenties without protection; it was no surprise that I suffered from significant hearing loss beginning in my early 50s. Unfortunately many people like myself don’t realize until too late what it’s like not to be able to hear birds sing, children laugh or your loved ones voice.

Lake Professional Hearing Aid Center was not the first place I sought help but it is certainly the best and will be the only place for me from now on.
10 years ago I was referred to them and I have had nothing but the most informed, respectful and kind treatment ever since.

John and the rest of the staff treat you like family and do everything in their power to provide the finest products and service.

I have recommended them many times and have often wished that friends and family lived in the area so they too could go to John and the rest of the staff.

It frustrates me to hear of people having problems with their hearing aids, it just shouldn’t be that way. Your hearing is too important to not have the best equipment and service available.

Thanks John, for re-opening the world of hearing to me and for keeping me from being in trouble with my wife. The ability to hear clearly is a gift that you should never take for granted.

“This letter is to let you know that I am completely satisfied with my hearing aid. I can hear very well with it, which makes my life as an adjunct professor much easier. even with the varied ranges of my students’ voices, I can hear them well. I appreciate how you and the Lake Professional Hearing Aid Center staff worked with me to choose just the right hearing instrument and also worked with my insurance company concerning the payment of my hearing aid. I wish everyone knew that a person does not have to be a super senior to need help with hearing.
