“I wanted to write to tell you how much I love my Wi hearing aids. They are the closest thing I have found to what my natural hearing used to be! I absolutely love the Loop system I installed in my home! I am hearing television shows better than I have in years. My wife said it had been a long time since she heard me laugh at a TV program. We have set up my hearing aids to use either the telecoil setting or the telecoil loop setting and both work great. I have a lot of trouble with background noise, so we set the telecoil loop setting to shut the microphones off in the hearing aids. On that setting I hear only the TV (or stereo) clearer than I’ve heard it in years! We set the other setting up to hear both the telecoil and the hearing aids, so I can talk with my wife and listen to the TV. Thank you! (My wife says thank you too!) Jim & Terri H.
